My name is Ashley and I grew up in Waterloo, Ontario, with my parents and my older brother who is in the Canadian Armed Forces. I am 21 years old and I work in a local automotive factory doing quality control work. When I am not working, I spend my free time hanging out with my friends, traveling, or taking photos. Ever since I was a young girl I've been obsessed with taking photos. Every time I could get my hands on a camera I would snap away like crazy. I began taking photography seriously when I picked up my first SLR in Art class, and learned how to develop my own film and photos in a dark room. Since then I have learned a lot about photography and got my hands on my very own digital SLR camera. My favourite things to take pictures of is people. I love bringing out a person's personality in their portrait photos, and I love working one on one with my models. My favourite kind of music to listen to is metal, but I am open to just about everything except punk music. I don't watch a lot of TV, but whenever Sex and the City or Dexter is on, I have to watch it. At home, I have a bunny named Prince, and a cat named Kiri. I love reading books about real life, my favourite books are A Million Little Pieces by James Frey, and The Five People you Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom.
